Our three stage process takes you from your initial design brief through to your completed project.
Stage 1
Creation Pack
Your Creation Pack is the best way to start your project. It contains a concept design in 3D images to help you visualise your dream home. This pack also includes planning searches, full measured survey, existing model, budget outline and a carefully created project plan.
Stage 2
Home Design Pack
Your Home Design Pack enables you to make the most important decisions for your dream home in a clear, personal and controlled way. We finalise your drawings, manage the planning process and focus on specification development.
Stage 3
Construction Pack
Your Construction Pack contains detailed technical drawings. We will integrate the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines into coherent and detailed reports. We will provide build costs and management of the tender process.
Supporting Services
We have a range of supporting services to complete each consent and permission identified in your Supporting Services Checklist. We have experience in dealing with many Local Authorities and Agencies and can schedule each of the requirements to ensure the necessary permissions are in place for when you start on site. We would recommend Services A- D are undertaken during Home Design Pack (Stage 2) and Services E-F are undertaken during Construction Pack (Stage 3) to allow your project timeline to run smoothly.
